- "Berna" (restructured in 2004 / 2005) with 106 rooms and all the public areas
- "Berna Tower” (a new construction of 2005, across the street from the main entrance) with 16 rooms (all in the Executive category with carpeting and double beds) for guests who are looking for a very quiet place and absolute privacy
